Conditions of supply of the product/report

By registering an order on the site, the buyer agrees to the form of communication (email) through which the seller carries out its business.

The notification received by the Buyer after placing the Order is informative and does not represent the automatic acceptance of the Order. The acceptance of the order and its completion is done by sending the purchased report by email by an operator of the Seller.

The transaction is deemed to have been concluded between the seller and the buyer at the time of receipt by the purchaser from the vendor, by e-mail, of the order with the ordered reports ordered.

The report will be delivered in the form of a PDF file, the Seller is not responsible for whether the Buyer owns or not the software for opening the file with the report.

Online sales policy

Access for the purpose of placing an Order is allowed to any User/Buyer.

If you are under the age of 18, you are prohibited from using this service.

For justified reasons, www.coin-score.ai reserves the right to restrict the access of the User/Buyer for the purpose of placing an Order if it considers that based on the behavior or activity of the Customer on the Site, his/her actions could in any way harm www.coums.ro. Payment for our services is made in cryptocurrencies. All tariffs related to digital products presented on the Site are expressed in stablecoin cryptomoneds USDT, USDC, BUSD.

The Seller is not/can not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to commissions or transfer fees. The responsibility for this action is borne only by the Buyer.

According to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, our products fall into the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a material medium, if the delivery has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and after he has confirmed that he has learned that he loses his right of withdrawal. Therefore, electronic reports cannot be returned. Once the order has been placed and the payment has been made, you can no longer cancel the order and return its value.
